Targeted Wellbeing Programs

Targeted wellbeing programs in education are initiatives designed to improve the mental health and wellbeing of students and school communities.

Recently, there has been a greater focus on mental health and wellbeing in schools at both the Commonwealth and State Government level.

The Catholic sector in NSW has received additional funding for the wellbeing of students in schools.

Examples of government funded targeted programs include:

  • The National Student Wellbeing Program
  • The Student Wellbeing Boost
  • The Consent and Respectful Relationship Education
