Higher School Certificate (HSC)

The Higher School Certificate (HSC) is the credential awarded to students who successfully complete senior secondary education in NSW.

It is overseen by the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) and is typically completed over the final two years of secondary schooling, Years 11 and 12.

The HSC serves as a key qualification for students wishing to pursue further education or enter the workforce and is a globally recognised end of school credential.
