CSNSW is committed to improving the educational outcomes of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students. We value diversity and celebrate the richness it brings to our schools and seek to further support the cultural identity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, ensuring they become successful learners.

Provided are searchable collections of resources on external sites such as ABC Education, TED Ed, WooTube, NSW National parks and the Australian Children’s television network.

Developed in close collaboration with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, the Respect Relationships Reconciliation (3Rs) study resources are designed to support teacher educators incorporate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander content in initial teacher education (ITE) courses.

TIPIAC

TIPIAC provide Indigenous perspectives for key Learning Areas from P to 6 in line with the Australian Curriculum. Programs are planned and developed by Indigenous teachers who work closely with cultural practitioners, elders and community members. 

TIPIAC’s program brings Indigenous culture to life in the classroom through innovative and fun techniques.
